Participation at the event is free of charge. In addition to the on-site event, the event will also be organized as a hybrid online event.

Opening speeches: The Mayor of Vantaa and Laura Lindeman from Business Finland

9.30-9.50 Keynote speaker: Models for recruitment of international talents
In our first keynote speech of the day our company representative will tell the audience about the process of finding and recruiting international talents in their company. We will publish the company speaker closer to the event.

9.50-10.10 Keynote speaker: Diversity as a strength in a company
In the second keynote speech of the day, you will hear about another company’s experience of working in and managing a multicultural workplace community. What are the keys to success in a diverse workplace? We will publish the company speaker closer to the event.

10.10-10.30 Keynote speaker: The Finnish working life through the eyes of an international employee
In the final keynote speech of the morning, we will change perspective and you will hear the experiences of an international employee who has come to Finland. We will publish the speaker closer to the event.

In the workshops, the company representatives will get the opportunity to discuss recruitment, language-aware workplace communities, the opportunities for collaborating with education institutions and managing a diverse workplace, under the guidance of facilitators.

Do you want to network with jobseekers and other professionals?

By signing up on the afternoon program of Talent Boost Summit, you will get the opportunity to showcase your business and career opportunities at your own stand at the event. In addition, both employers and talents will get a chance to make two-minute pitches and hold pre-arranged one-on-one meetings.

Online and on-site participants will also get the opportunity to showcase their company and career opportunities on the virtual event platform.
