Business Turku, together with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Consul General Stefan Lindström, is organising US Market Day, an event that will delve deeply into geopolitical opportunities, market developments, and the export path of Finnish companies to the United States.
Consul General Stefan Lindström, Finland’s new representative in Houston, offers the latest overview of how the US market, particularly the defense, energy, medtech, and maritime clusters, is opening up entirely new opportunities for Finnish companies.

The event is aimed at companies in the region that are interested in or have the capacity for international growth in the US market – particularly in Texas, where, for example, more than 240 000 people have moved to the Houston area in the last 18 months, and the Texas Medical Center is the world’s largest health technology hub. This is a unique opportunity to build bridges to the United States, discuss growth opportunities directly with a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and find your own path to global markets through Houston.
