• Life Science Live was organised in Turku in May
• The event had three tracks with interesting speakers
• Turku Business Region is the leading city in Finnish Life Science cluster

The international Life Science Live event took place at Turku Fair Center in May. The main theme was artificial intelligence in health care, drug development and biotechnology. The event gathered totally about 500 participants around Europe. They included companies, professionals, researchers and investors.

Life Science Live had three parallel tracks. The two sessions of the Science Track were entitled “Intelligent Solutions for Health” and “Personalized Health”. The European Institute for Innovation through Health Data (i~HD) had their own track. It concentrated on maximising the value of health data to all. The third track was the traditional national HealthBio seminar which is annually organised by Turku Science Park Ltd.

In HealthBio the director of HealthTurku cluster Mr. Tero Piispanen had his review on Finnish Life Science year. He had once again good news both from the actors of Turku region and other cities in Finland. See on the video Mr. Piispanen telling more.
