Company Mission to AidEx Geneva 2024

AidEx is the world’s leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event. The event brings aid, relief and international development professionals under the same roof to explore the latest innovations, meet new suppliers, share experiences, build meaningful relationships and collaborate in new projects. In 2023 over 3,000 participants attended, including significant participation from UN agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, local and international NGOs, donors, government and the private sector.

Business Turku and Business Tampere organizes a joint company mission to the event as a part of the Promoting Exports to International NGOs (INGOs) project. We offer a shared booth at the event, a joint brochure, and a preparation workshop for the participating companies. The official AidEx takes place 23th – 24th Oct. Nordic Reception will be organized on 22nd Oct. by the Permanent Missions in Geneva, where the registered companies will be invited.

Participation to the mission is free of charge, with companies covering their own travel expenses.

The mission is for the companies interested in participating in the bidding of international NGOs and presenting the product or services to the international humanitarian organizations. This is an opportunity to meet and make connections with the UN agencies and international NGOs.
