I am a lifelong learner who is inspired by business development. Business environment is evolving dynamically and in my role as Director of Entrepreneurship and Business Services I am accountable for developing our services together with the team of experienced Business and Growth Advisors. Our target is to meet the lifelong demands of new entrepreneurs, startup companies as well as already established and stabilized businesses in Turku Business Region.
My first degree is in Foreign Trade and during my 25-year-long working career I have constantly gained new knowledge through studies to meet the changing demand of the business world evolving through digitalization and modern technologies. I am certified Business Coach (ICF) and in 2019 I got trained to be a Certified Board Member (CBM) in the program run by Chamber of Commerce. I have had the privilege to work in small family-owned businesses, large corporations and companies owned by private equity investors. My personal core competences are in customer centric development of service business, process development and due to working years in multicultural environments I have gained experience in leading multicultural teams of advisors. I am skilled in crystalizing the owner value of the business and directing the focus in value creation.
