As a Growth Advisor and mentor, I help companies in their growth and internationalization efforts. I have led several projects aimed at improving companies’ competitiveness in both domestic and international business environments. Currently, I run the Northbound Scaleups project, which helps scaling companies in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia expand into international markets. I have extensive networks and 18 years of experience in helping companies of all sizes and across various industries. I’m advising in public funding and investment readiness as well.

I also work as an expert within the Enterprise Europe Network. EEN offers free-of-charge services to companies in finding market information and international partners by leveraging a network of colleagues in over 50 countries all over the world.
