Workshop series on future recruitment
As an entrepreneur, do you want to recruit smarter, find the right talent, and build a strong employer brand? The Kohti Tulevaisuuden Osaavaa Työvoimaa (KTOT) (“Towards a Skilled Workforce of the Future”) project offers free workshops on recruitment, skills development, and corporate culture. The workshop series is specifically designed for micro and small businesses as well as startups.
We offer three interactive workshops on the following topics:
Workshop 1: Target group as a GPS for recruitment, 11 November
Learn how to write a job advertisement that appeals to potential candidates.
Workshop 2: Customer-oriented recruitment strategy, 24 November
Learn how to recruit talent that will strengthen your business.
Workshop 3: Artificial intelligence and recruitment, 9 December
Learn how to use artificial intelligence wisely in recruitment.
Each workshop builds on the previous one, so we recommend participating in all three to get the most out of the series. The workshops utilise Drivhuset’s Loopa method. The workshops are bilingual (Finnish and Swedish) and are held online.
Register for the autumn online workshop series by 6 November and join us in building the working life of the future:
KTOT is a joint project between Novia University of Applied Sciences, JAMK University of Applied Sciences, and LAB University of Applied Sciences, and is co-funded by the European Union.
